How do I convert an image to a DXF?

Can I turn a JPG floor plan into CAD?

What image works best for tracing?

Clean black-on-white line drawings trace best: solid dark walls on a plain white background, with minimal shading, hatching or photographic detail. Avoid low-resolution screenshots and heavily compressed photos, which produce speckled, noisy linework.
