Townhouse and row house plans are narrow, deep two-story homes built in a row. Mid-terrace plans are drawn with real party walls on both sides: hatched REI 90 fire walls with no windows or doors, so every bedroom, the kitchen and the living room take their light from the front or the rear. End-of-terrace plans have a party wall on one side only. The plans keep the stairs to one side, put the kitchen and living room on the ground floor and the bedrooms upstairs, on plots of about 5.5 to 7.5 m (18 to 25 ft).

Yes. Each plan is a measured model, not a picture: the room table is computed from the walls, and the same model produces the PDF, DXF, IFC and 3D files. They are concept plans, so a local designer or engineer still has to adapt them to your site and code before you build.
